12.7mm 316 90 deg + flange & cover is a 316 Stainless Steel concealed Flange used to attache to walls - floors & Ceilings in light duty applications such as handrail pots - shower rails. The flange will need to be welded to the end of the tube and then simply place the cover over the top of the flange to conceal the welding - flange and screw fixings.
