Adrian Singleton, Store Manager

Adrian joined the Edcon Steel Revesby team back in 2019, bringing with him a wealth of management experience, professionalism, and good humour.

“I run the day-to-day operations of the Revesby store,” Adrian explains.

“From managing staff, stock and sales to helping customers and supporting wherever I can.”

When asked what makes Edcon Steel different from other steel stores, Adrian credited the customer service and the huge range of products. From steel, metal, tools and gear to industrial products, Edcon’s got you covered.

“Our customers are hobbyists through to large-scale fabricators, so we look after a variety of markets,” he explains.

And because we have such great relationships with our suppliers, we are able to source a variety of materials for our customers, depending on what they need.

Prior to joining Edcon, Adrian spent 10 years at BOC Gases, so if you’re after advice on welding gases, he’s your man.

“We’re really treated like family here. If there are any issues, management is all over it.

They know that the people make the business.”

Geoff Emanuelli, Sales and Customer Service

Geoff is another long-term team member, having been a part of Edcon Steel Revesby since the beginning! 

“I started off on the floor but have been in the office for the last eight or so years,” Geoff explains.

“So I spend a lot of my time talking to customers, sorting out quotes, and keeping on top of all our orders.”

Geoff’s down-to-earth and easygoing nature makes him an asset to our team.

“It’s just great to be able to work with friendly people…not just the team but the customers too.

“And I think what sets Edcon apart is that it’s a true family business, and they treat the team like family. We’re really looked after.”

Colin Jackson, Store Person

Having been with the Edcon Steel team for more than 20 years, Colin knows a thing or two about the business.

“From serving customers to loading and unloading trucks, I’m one of the guys on the floor making sure everything gets done,” Colin explains.

“If an order for custom cutting comes in, it will get passed on to me to cut it accurately and make sure it gets to the customer in a timely manner.”

Like the other team members, it is the family-like qualities of Edcon Steel that are the best part of the job for Colin.

“They just look after you,” Colin explains.

“And make sure we have the resources to get the jobs done right and done fast.”

Leo, Store Person & Truck Driver

With more than 10 years under his belt with the Edcon Steel team, Leo has an in-depth knowledge of Edcon’s product range and services.

“I’m here to help customers find what they need and answer their questions,” Leo explains.

“And I do a lot of the custom cutting jobs and stock processing, too.”

The team at Edcon Steel are strong supporters of upskilling and recently assisted Leo in gaining his truck licence, so now he’s helping with steel deliveries too!

“I really enjoy working at Edcon because the people are so lovely – both the customers and the team.”
