We can custom cut lengths to the millimetre – with a minimum cut of just 15 mm.
Cut-to-size items are available in-store while you wait, and online orders are typically processed the same day or the next day.
Shorter cuts are cheaper to ship and sent via couriers or Australia Post.
Large or long orders are delivered by our own delivery truck fleet in NSW or by national freight partners.

Guard Against Corrosion: All our stock lintels are hot-dip galvanised; zinc-coated steel prevents rust, even in outdoor or coastal conditions. If you cut or drill a galvanised lintel, coat any exposed steel with cold-gal paint or primer to maintain corrosion protection on the finished piece.

Plan Your Lintel Lengths: Measure the clear span of your opening and remember to add adequate bearing at each end (typically at least 150 mm on each side for brickwork to sit on).

Store & Handle Safely: Keep lintels stored off the ground and dry before installation to prevent any premature corrosion or staining. These beams can be heavy, so use proper lifting techniques or get assistance when handling long lengths.
