Steel Parallel Flange Channels (PFC) (also known as C-Section Channels) are steel beams shaped like the letter “C” in cross-section. They consist of a vertical web and two horizontal flanges, resulting in a flat back surface and an open channel on the other side. This shape gives parallel flange channels a high strength-to-weight ratio and makes them easy to bolt or mount to other flat surfaces.
