SHS 304 is a 304 grade stainless steel- sold by the full length only -if you want a part length please try 316 grade. 304 Stainless Steel is the most commonly used grade of stainless steel. It is a corrosion resistant steel with good strength – toughness and weldability characteristics. It may be referred to as ”10/18 Grade”- ”furniture grade” or ”kitchen grade” stainless and is good for internal and some outdoor applications. Edcon Steel will stock limited sizes in 304 Grade Stainless Steel but has access to a wide range of stocks.
