They contacted Edcon Steel directly to arrange the materials. Still, due to quality assurance procedures, financial arrangements and international shipping constraints, they could not place the order directly in the timeframe required.

Thankfully, Edcon Steel has built a large network of customers and suppliers we could call upon in situations such as this.

We called upon another valued customer who specialises in exporting goods to the South Pacific and were able to connect the two companies for their mutual benefit.

The local exporter was then able to place the order directly with Edcon Steel on behalf of the international client.

Within just a few days of receiving the order, our team loaded four semi-trailers’ worth of structural steel and pipe at our Revesby store for delivery across the Pacific Ocean.
