All Microsoft format and preferably PDF files are welcome. You can send structural plans, take-offs, or schedules — we’ll review them directly without needing to convert or reformat. Our team performs an independent take off of the structural steel, helping to catch potential problems before they become delays. The more accurate the input, the stronger the estimate.
2. We Review + Scope
Our estimators assess every detail: quantities, material types, coating requirements, and staged delivery options. We also review constructability and attempt to flag anything that might create issues later. We’ll follow up with you if details are unclear or incomplete before finalising the estimate.
