1.Receive Your Files
Send us architectural plans, structural drawings, hand-marked sketches or DXF files. We’ll review them to identify gaps, check alignment with fabrication standards, clarify design intent, and confirm file compatibility. If something is missing, we’ll flag it early.
2. Coordinate with Engineer (if required)
When necessary, we liaise directly with your structural engineer or design team to resolve incomplete specs, confirm connection details, and ensure everything meets compliance and constructability requirements.
3. Draft for Fabrication
We develop detailed workshop drawings using approved design data with accurate measurements, material types, weld and bolt locations, part references, and connection symbols — all tailored for in-house fabrication.
4. Generate DXF / Workshop Files
Final outputs are provided in editable and fabrication-ready formats that are fully compatible with Edcon’s CNC machinery and cutting equipment. Every file is checked before it enters the production queue. Final outputs are issued in formats compatible with our CNC and cutting machinery, ensuring a clean handover into production.
