Managing your online account with Edcon

While ordering steel and metal products online has never been easier, sometimes technology can be a bit of a pain.

Trouble logging in to your account?

The most common reason for issues with account login is the browser you are using.

Unfortunately, not all website browsers (including Internet Explorer) allow login to your Edcon account.

But don’t worry, it’s an easy fix. Simply open Edcon Steel on a browser such as Chrome, Firefox or Edge to resolve these issues.

Need to change your account password?

Forgotten your password? Given it to the wrong person?

No matter.

To change your password, simply log out of your account and, upon re-entry, select ‘forgot password’.

Follow the instructions to reset your password.

Need to update your details?

To edit your personal details in your Edcon Steel account, simply follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Edcon account.
2. Click on the profile icon at the top right corner of the page.
3. Select ‘Account’.
4. Select ‘Change’ on either your profile or billing address (whichever you wish to change).
5. Edit your details as required.
6. Click ‘Update’.

You have now successfully updated your details.
