Health and safety measures

Edcon Steel takes the health and safety of our customers, suppliers, employees and the wider community very seriously, so we will be following all government guidelines strictly.

We have re-introduced measures to ensure we are protecting everyone who visits our stores, including compulsory face masks indoors, QR code check-in, social distancing measures and capacity limits.

Online ordering and delivery

As always, Edcon Steel products are available for purchase over the phone on 1300 233 266 or through our online store.

We have a number of delivery options available, with our warehouse staff and delivery drivers following government guidelines for COVID-safe delivery.

We encourage customers to place orders online or over the phone, wherever possible.

Working together

We understand that these are extremely difficult times and ask for your continued help and understanding so that we can remain in operation by abiding by NSW Health guidelines.

We request that anyone with symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath or sore throat, or who has travelled to any of the LGAs declared as hot spots in the past 14 days, or has had close contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19 not to visit our Edcon Steel stores.
